Three Arizona softball players received National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American honors, and one of them became the third Wildcat in as many years to earn a Rawlings Gold Glove Award.
Pitcher/first baseman Devyn Netz, catcher Sydney Stewart and outfielder Dakota Kennedy were honored on Wednesday. Arizona was one of six programs with three or more All-Americans. That total also was the Wildcats’ most since 2021 and the most under coach Caitlin Lowe.

Arizona’s Devyn Netz flashes the Wildcat hand signs coming home on her solo shot in the fourth inning against Michigan State on Feb. 6, 2025, at Hillenbrand Stadium.
Netz and Stewart earned second-team honors, while Kennedy was named to the third team.
Arizona has 114 all-time NFCA All-Americans, tied with UCLA for the most in NCAA Division I.

She follows previous UA honorees Kennedy (2024) and second baseman Allie Skaggs (2023). Arizona and Florida are tied for the most Gold Glove honorees since the award was instituted in 2022.
In the circle, Netz went 22-6 with a 2.25 ERA, a 0.94 WHIP, seven complete games and two saves. She batted .347 with 19 home runs and a team-high-tying 68 RBIs.

Kennedy led the Wildcats with a .444 batting average and had 19 extra-base hits. The junior trailed only Stewart in on-base percentage (.539). Kennedy was not charged with an error in 74 chances in left field.
