Arizona's sold-out matchup with the Colorado Buffaloes for homecoming next Saturday will be an afternoon game at Arizona Stadium, the Big 12 announced on Monday.Â
The Wildcats' second Big 12 home game of the season will kick off at 1 p.m. on Fox. It will be Arizona's fourth game on Fox this season. The Wildcats are also playing two straight afternoon games on Fox, as Arizona prepares to face 14th-ranked BYU at 1 p.m. on Saturday.Â
It's the first time Arizona is playing an afternoon home game in October since it played USC at 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 15, 2016. Â

Arizona quarterback Noah Fifita had a rough first half but was 13 of 17 in the final 30 minutes as the Wildcats rallied beat Colorado in 2023.Â
Arizona won its final Pac-12 meeting with Colorado last season, which ended with kicker Tyler Loop kicking a walk-off 24-yard field goal to beat the Buffaloes 34-31.Â
The Buffaloes (4-1), in their second season under head coach Deion Sanders, are led by standout quarterback Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter, a Heisman Trophy hopeful and CU two-way star. Colorado is hosting 18th-ranked Kansas State on Saturday in Boulder.Â
